Care instructions

To keep your swimwear looking its best, it’s better to hand wash it in cold water with a gentle detergent and avoid using harsh chemicals. Along with that, try to skip the dryer and let it air dry in a shaded area to prevent any shrinkage or damage to the fabric.

At Laola, we aim to process and ship your orders within 3-7 business days. Please note, this timeframe does not account for holidays. In rare instances, shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please be aware that Laola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been fulfilled. Customers are responsible for reporting any lost or stolen packages.

Exchange & Return Policy

At Laola, we are committed to making sure you love your piece. While we do not offer refunds, we accept exchanges on eligible items.

Eligibility

  • Only swimwear and clothing are eligible for exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. Laola reserves the right to determine if the item meets these conditions and qualifies for an exchange.

  • Exchanges do not apply to sale items, gift cards, bikini charms or customized swimwear.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of the delivery date.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
