Refund policy

Shipping policy 

Please allow 3-7 days for our team to successfully process and ship orders. Customers will be notified via email when the order has been shipped, along with a tracking number. This time period does not include holidays. In rare cases, shipment may take longer due to majeure forces. 

Laola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after an order is fulfilled and a tracking number is sent to the customer. Customer is responsible for reporting and dealing with lost/stolen packages cases after it is marked delivered on the tracking system. 

Laola is not responsible for returned shipping packages fees. If the client put in the delivery address incorrectly and the package is returned by USPS, the client is responsible for paying the shipping fee again. 

Refund/Exchange policy

For sanitary reasons, Laola does not offer exchanges or refunds on any of the swimwear pieces. 

Damages and issues

Our pieces are carefully inspected before packing. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 10 days of delivery date, Laola will no longer be responsible for defective, damaged or receiving the wrong item.
