Shipping Policy

At Laola, we aim to process and ship your orders within 3-7 business days. Please note, this timeframe does not account for holidays. In rare instances, shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please be aware that Laola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been fulfilled. Customers are responsible for reporting any lost or stolen packages.

Note: The 3-7 day shipping estimate does not apply to customized orders.

Exchange & Return Policy

At Laola, we do not offer refunds; however, customers may exchange swimwear tops. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at laolaswimpr@gmail.com. Exchanges do not apply to sale items, gift cards, swimwear bottoms, or one-piece swimsuits.

Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

To exchange a swimwear top, it must be in perfect condition, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we only accept exchanges for swimwear tops. Swimwear bottoms and one-piece swimsuits are not eligible for exchange.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We are committed to resolving any issues and making it right.
