Custom Swimwear Appointment

How It Works?

Our custom design process is simple and fun, divided into three steps:

  1. Choose your favorite fabric from our curated selection.

  2. Pick your preferred style from our exclusive designs.

  3. Accessorize your look with beads or bikini charms – each piece includes 4 FREE beads to personalize your swimwear.

During your visit to our Design Studio located in San Juan, near Montehiedra, our team will guide you through every step, from fabric selection to finalizing your pre-order. To secure your custom piece (starting at $110), full payment is required in person at the time of your appointment.

Once our production team completes your order, you may pick it up at our studio or have it shipped directly to you. 

Booking Changes & Cancellations

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

Important Notes

  • All custom swimwear sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.

  • Turnaround time will be confirmed during your appointment (approx. 2 weeks).

  • Shipping fees apply for USPS delivery or choose in-store pickup for free.

  • Our Design Studio is located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Care instructions

To keep your swimwear looking its best, it’s better to hand wash it in cold water with a gentle detergent and avoid using harsh chemicals. Along with that, try to skip the dryer and let it air dry in a shaded area to prevent any shrinkage or damage to the fabric.

Shipping & Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy

At Laola, we aim to process and ship your orders within 3-7 business days. Please note, this timeframe does not account for holidays. In rare instances, shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please be aware that Laola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been fulfilled. Customers are responsible for reporting any lost or stolen packages.

Note: The 3-7 day shipping estimate does not apply to customized orders.

Exchange & Return Policy

At Laola, we are committed to making sure you love your piece. While we do not offer refunds, we accept exchanges on eligible items.

Eligibility

  • Only swimwear and clothing are eligible for exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. Laola reserves the right to determine if the item meets these conditions and qualifies for an exchange.

  • Exchanges do not apply to sale items, gift cards, bikini charms or customized swimwear.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of the delivery date.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

Damages and Order Issues
