How It Works?

Our design process is divided in three steps: choose your favorite fabric, choose the style you prefer from our designs and finally add beads or bikini charms to accessorize! During your visit to our design studio, our team will guide you through each step from selecting your fabric and style to finalizing your pre-order. To secure your pre-order, full payment is required in person at the time of your visit. Once our production team finalizes your custom piece in approximately 2 weeks, you may choose to pick it up at our studio or have it shipped to you!

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

Important Notes

All custom swimwear sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.

Turnaround time for your custom piece will be discussed during your appointment. However, the approximate time is currently 2 weeks.

Shipping fees apply if you choose delivery instead of in-store pickup.

Care instructions

To keep your swimwear looking its best, it’s better to hand wash it in cold water with a gentle detergent and avoid using harsh chemicals. Along with that, try to skip the dryer and let it air dry in a shaded area to prevent any shrinkage or damage to the fabric.

Return & Exchange Policy

For sanitary reasons, Laola does not offer exchanges or refunds on any of the swimwear pieces.

Due to increased order volume during this high-season, our shipping estimate is now 2 weeks. We appreciate your patience and support while we get your handmade pieces to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Policy

At Laola, we aim to process and ship your orders within 3-7 business days. Please note, this timeframe does not account for holidays. In rare instances, shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please be aware that Laola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been fulfilled. Customers are responsible for reporting any lost or stolen packages.

Note: The 3-7 day shipping estimate does not apply to customized orders.

Exchange & Return Policy

At Laola, we do not offer refunds; however, customers may exchange swimwear tops. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at laolaswimpr@gmail.com. Exchanges do not apply to sale items, gift cards, swimwear bottoms, or one-piece swimsuits.

Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

To exchange a swimwear top, it must be in perfect condition, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we only accept exchanges for swimwear tops. Swimwear bottoms and one-piece swimsuits are not eligible for exchange.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We are committed to resolving any issues and making it right.
