Please be aware that Laola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been fulfilled. Customers are responsible for reporting any lost or stolen packages.

Exchange & Return Policy

Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. Laola reserves the right to determine if the item meets these conditions and qualifies for an exchange.
Exchanges do not apply to sale items, gift cards, bikini charms or customized swimwear.

Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of the delivery date.
