PLEASE NOTE: The triangle top is the ONLY swimwear top that its size depends on cup size and not bust area measurement. Please use this size reference when choosing the size of your triangle top. 

To keep your swimwear looking its best, it’s better to hand wash it in cold water with a gentle detergent and avoid using harsh chemicals. Along with that, try to skip the dryer and let it air dry in a shaded area to prevent any shrinkage or damage to the fabric.

Processing Times

• Standard Orders (Ready-to-Ship): We aim to process and ship your orders within 3-7 business days.
• Custom Orders (The Design Studio): Because these pieces are handmade specifically to your design, please allow approximately 2 weeks for production before your item is shipped.

Please note: These timeframes do not account for weekends or holidays. In rare instances, shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking & Delivery
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Please be aware that Laola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier. Customers are responsible for reporting any lost or stolen packages directly to the shipping carrier.

Exchange & Return Policy

At Laola, we are committed to making sure you love your piece. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to accept exchanges on eligible items that meet our criteria below.

1. Custom Swimwear (The Design Studio)
Due to the personalized nature of these items, all Custom Swimwear orders are FINAL SALE.

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces as they are fabricated exclusively for you based on your specific fabric and style selections.
• Please review your design carefully before submitting your order.

2. Standard Collection (Ready-to-Ship)
Swimwear and clothing from our standard collections are eligible for exchange under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. Laola reserves the right to determine if the item meets these conditions.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged:

• Sale Items
• Gift Cards
• Bikini Charms
