Shipment Policy

Please allow 3-7 days for our team to successfully process and ship orders. This estimate does not include holidays. In rare cases, shipment may take longer due to external conditions. Customers will be notified through email once the order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.

Laola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after an order is fulfilled. Customer is responsible for reporting any lost or stolen packages. 

Note: The shipment estimate of 3-7 days does not apply to customized orders. 

Exchange & Return Policy

Laola does not offer refunds, customer may only exchanges swimwear tops. If you are not satisfied with the order, please contact the Laola team at laolaswimpr@gmail.com. Exchanges do not apply to sale items, gift cards or swimwear bottoms/one piece. 

We will only accept exchanges within 7 days after the delivery date of the order. The customer is responsible for all the shipping costs associated with the exchange. 

To be able to exchange a swimwear top, the item has to be in perfect condition, unworn and unused, and returned in the bag it was sent in initially. 

Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges on swimwear bottoms or one-piece swimwear, ONLY swimwear tops. 

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
